Psychologists are trained to help you with your mental health issues by behavioural modifications and giving insights to your behaviour, by listening and talking about your issues. They don’t prescribe medicine.

Psychiatrist are Medical Doctors who diagnose Mental Health conditions and prescribe medicines along with counseling.
